The role

Do you enjoy solving technical problems and practising a service delivery mindset when collaborating with your stakeholders? Are you a self-starter who thrives in change and takes on a pragmatic approach when you need to re prioritize? You will work closely with Atlas Copco’s business areas and with regional and global centralized IT teams to integrate acquired companies. Your role will be to lead the onsite activities to secure a successful delivery of Group IT Services and Solutions in M&As and other regional improvement projects and initiatives in the Nordic & Baltic region.

You will be part of Group IT’s regional On-site team working with Service Delivery within Nordics&Baltics and will be based in the headquarter in Nacka.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Pro-actively maintain accurate and up to date documentation of IT processes, systems and procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements

• Function as a business advisory agent, using communication skills to guide employees on the use of different Group IT solutions and align with them on requirements and specific needs

• Collaborate closely with vendors and regional and global support teams to provide hands on technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues with a humble can-do attitude in projects and improvement initiatives

• Ensure that IT services comply with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and set up improvement plans in areas as digital user experience, automation & efficiency, security, sustainability

• Function as back-up to our Executive support

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent competence gained through experience

• A positive can-do person with a strong customer focus and service delivery mindset

• Effective verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, being able to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences

• A curious approach to new challenges and with an analytical mindset research, learn and implement innovative technologies and processes

• Capability to perform efficiently under high pressure situations and takes on a pragmatic approach to task switching depending on priorities

• Solid understanding of the delivery of IT infrastructure services like network, server hosting, cloud, and PC support

• An organized person with project management skills

• Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence and M&As will be considered as a plus

• Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential
