About the role:

As a Workflow Solution Developer, You will be a part of Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) team which has a goal to facilitate efficient, compliant and transparent business processes by driving Workflow community of practice and delivering Workflow solutions and supporting/mentoring other team's Workflow initiatives on our strategic IBM BAW Platform.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing Workflow solutions, ensuring it follows solution development best-practices
• Providing work estimates and timely updates on solution development progress
• Collaboration with IT architects and other developers on defining the process implementation design
• Helping business to understand technical capabilities, suggesting best possible solutions and explaining limitations
• Implementing integrations within process solution and external systems
• Defining way of working practices, suggesting and implementing improvements
• Actively sharing Product knowledge with Workflow community members
• Guiding/mentoring other Workflow initiatives

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Webservices (SOAP, REST)
• Experience in IBM BAW or ICM or BPM products (would be considered as strong advantage)
• Experience in Process Automation
• Experience in business process analysis or similar field
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
• Willingness to take ownership
• Fluency in English
