Within the Digital Identification & Access Management (DI&AM) function in Business & Retail Banking (BRB), we work with authorisation, identification and signing capabilities, delivering solutions across product areas, customer segments and for internal users. For the authorisations area, we are in the beginning of an exciting transformation journey, aiming to become a modern, scalable, and future-proof set of products that enhances SEB’s user experience with secure and user-friendly self-service solutions.

We are now looking for a Product Developer, who can act as agile Product Owner, for the authorisations area within BRB. You will be a key part of the authorisations team, serving customers and users cross the bank, and contribute to the agile development within the tribe.

About the role:

As a Product Developer, and acting as Product Owner, you will, focus on understanding future needs and defining our future authorisation capabilities, working closely together with user experience experts, architects, IT development teams, specialists and stakeholders across the bank, to ensure successful deliveries. You will strive towards constant improvement and challenge existing processes and solutions to ensure that our solutions support our digital transformation journey. You will also write business requirements and manage projects and initiatives. When acting as Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving a product roadmap and ensuring an updated backlog together with the agile team.

You will be a key player within a team working cross the bank to support reaching our strategic goals. This includes interaction with stakeholders from nearly all areas, thereby creating the network needed to address complex end-to-end dependencies. You will be part of the Authorisations ART in the Business Enabler Domain.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

· Have experience working as a Product Developer and/or Product Owner, or similar. Experience working with authorisation and/or access management solutions hands-on is an advantage.

· Are a team player with a strong personal drive, analytical mindset and attention to detail. Capable of identifying business needs, providing potential solutions, and ensuring customer value delivery.

· Have experience from working with processes and digital development, and you find it engaging to work with technology and in an agile and cross-functional environment.

· Are comfortable working in an environment of ongoing transformation, dealing with both legacy and new components.

· Are a natural collaborator fluent in Swedish & English, with the skills necessary to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders across the bank.
