What you will be doing?

As a Software Developer at Financing & Loans Tribe, you will be working with a team of IT and business professionals across the Baltic countries. You will be part of Trade Finance & Factoring team that is responsible for maintenance and development of an in-house system actively used by our stakeholders. Furthermore, we are currently engaged in implementation of a new factoring solution that will take several years to complete. In our team, we strive to provide modern, convenient and reliable tools for our stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new and maintaining existing software solutions
Preparing technical documentation and keeping it up to date
Managing incidents and solving problems
Collaborating with stakeholders and Agile team members
Following priorities set by the product owner

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:

Solid experience in software development using Java (Spring, Spring Boot), Angular and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ability to write unit tests
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Agile development methodology
Fluency in verbal and written English (which is crucial as you will be collaborating with colleagues across the Baltic counties)
You are a team player who can also work independently
Knowledge of DevOps (Jenkins, Kubernetes/ Openshift) and understanding of microservices architecture will be considered an advantage
