Background:
We are looking for 1-2 students, with an educational background within logistic engineering or similar, to write their bachelor/master thesis regarding reviewing our current staff planning process.
Today warehouse managers estimate staffing based on history and the input from team leaders. If the current amount is insufficient or above the actual need is unknown. Logistic engineering can calculate most of the tasks, but not all.
