You will work with our clients as part of their teams.

· Work to understand the real problems behind the symptoms

· Take responsibility from start to finish

· Help teams improve how they work

Sometimes your focus will be on code. Sometimes on structure and direction. Often both.

Who you are

You are an experienced software engineer who enjoys working closely with colleagues and naturally finds the best way to deliver value beyond writing great code. You like working at the edge of technology, but you look past buzzwords and short-lived frameworks. You have the confidence to trust your judgment.
