About the position

We are now looking for a passionate Lead Developer who wants to lead their team towards world-class IT!

In this position you will be a part of Business to Consumer IT (B2C IT). The unit takes initiatives for the IT- and digital products in Sweden, for example our commerce, self-service, identity and branding solutions. Together with the Commercial and Marketing teams we develop new products - from start to finish. We create services that bring value to our customers and help us achieve our business goals.

About this position

As a Lead Developer within the Tech teams your mission is to lead your team towards world-class IT. The Tech team’s main responsibility is to develop services for other developers, mainly in the Commercial tribe. The team is responsible for coordinating and solving technical & architectural challenges and provide guidance and simplification. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Scrum Master, Project Owner and other members of the squad. These are some of your responsibilities:

  • Create architectural solutions for your product
  • Work continuously with our departments integration strategy
  • Ensure best practice are followed in code, quality and architecture
  • Act as a coach/mentor to other developers within the squad

Technologies and methodologies used include: C#, .NET Core, Open API, Swagger, SQL (MSSQL/Oracle), Visual Studio 2017+, GIT, JavaScript, NuGet, SCRUM, Apigee.

You will work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. You are part of a chapter, composed of nine Lead Developers, meeting on a weekly basis to share knowledge and exchange thoughts and ideas.

Requirements

We are looking for a leading star within the area of one of our tech teams within B2C IT. We believe you are a person who loves a challenge and wants to lead their team to the next level. You are an effective problem solver and have the ability to handle several initiatives simultaneously. We believe you are a skilled communicator and enjoy collaborating with others. Besides the previous description we would like you to have the following skills

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a .NET developer
  • Interest in digital architecture
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum
  • Experience working in a distributed solution landscape (Microservices-oriented, multilayer solution design)
