Come and join us as we develop digital services for Scania’s electrified trucks!
Our goal? To decrease the environmental footprint of road transportation, to lower fuel consumption and to make transports safer for everyone, with fewer accidents. We work closely together with our customers and use our data to make intelligent decisions on the path forward.
We are today a set of full stack teams with product owners, looking to strengthen the teams with more development power. This is where you come into the picture! We are mainly looking for a system developer that are interested in one or more of theese areas:
One of your main tasks will be to further develop our award winning Connected Services into the electric age in order to support our customers in the shift to more sustainable transports. You will work with services like route and charging planning, driver and vehicle performance and other features aimed to help customers plan, execute and optimize their operation.
In our teams, we take an end-to-end responsibility together - whatever we build, we need to quality assure, deploy and of course run ourselves. As we strive to increase the autonomy of the teams, each team member continuously have to develop their skills and competences, which we help each other with.
We are organized in a BizDevOps setup that gathers all the competence needed from development to business. We believe that you have a holistic view on the development cycle and therefore do not want to focus solely on a specific part of the problem. We also believe that you are a problem solver driven by customer needs rather than a specific technical stack.
We want you to have good understanding of programming principles and appreciation of the purpose and the practices of Agile. We also want you to be curious and to have the ability to learn new technology domains. You are a positive and communicative person who likes to work in a team environment. You are fluent in English at professional business level.
We believe that in addition to hiring the best talent, a diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures leads to the creation of a better work environment and services.
