Snow Software is looking for an experienced QA engineer to coach the Automation Platform team in agile testing and nurture top quality. The team develops an innovative platform for automation of services and processes for enterprises. The platform is implemented in Microsoft's .NET with a modern web stack.
We see that you have a results driven approach and enjoy motivating and inspiring your coworkers in achieving your common goals. You are a persistent tester who questions assumptions and have a great talent for finding blind spots.
In this role you will together with your colleagues define and implement the overall strategy for manual and automated testing of the platform and testing of reference content built on the platform. You will also identify and implement QA best practices into our development and release processes to support our high quality ambitions.
