Digital Media Sales (Nordic Sales) within Ve Interactive’s Sales Team in Stockholm.

This role is a key position within the Sales team that requires you to identify commercial opportunities and create new partnerships with display ad agencies. Bringing in new business and account managing these contacts will be key parts of the role. You will be building, managing and developing client relationships through phone, face-to-face meetings, at events and through your online presence in the market. You will need to strategically research your digital landscape for beneficial clients and then present a highly compelling business case for the use of Ve’s services. Furthermore your objective is to secure contractual commitments from your clients.

This role reports to Head of Sales & Marketing, Stockholm.


  • Build, develop and manage your client list
  • Maintain concise and effective communication within your team and VeNordic in general
  • Presenting VeAds to all agencies as well as some larger direct clients
  • Establish senior level/decision maker relationships with direct and agency contacts.
  • Hitting pre-determined KPI targets


  • New business - 60%
  • Identify client needs and strategically match these up with Ve services.
  • Contact decision makers at the companies on your prospect list via; telephone, at events and during face-to-face meetings, to introduce and sell Ve technology and services.
  • Prospecting and new business evaluation - 20%
  • Research, build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to approach and sell Ve’s technology and services. Attend and participate in meeting, updates and trainings. Make sure the team is informed of your development and achievements through the communication channels given to you.
  • Internal communication and administration – 10%

  • Market thought leadership – 10%
  • Develop a broad understanding of digital marketing and be the expert in the Display Ads market. Read and contribute to your market via tweets, blogs, communities and forums.

The successful candidate is hard working, determined, passionate and has an eye for detail. You have a demonstrable track record of success along with an excellent contact book at all major agencies. You also enjoy having targets and working hard to achieve them.

  • Strong organisational skills including previous experience of territory planning, forecasting and managing complex sales processes preferred
  • You live in, or close to Stockholm or are willing to move

YOUR EXPERIENCE: - You have extensive knowledge of the Nordic market and are a native Danish/Swedish speaker - 2-3 years experience at an Ad Network, Trading Desk or Publisher - Demonstrate a successful track record in selling successfully to key agencies - Good agency contacts essential - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - The ability to generate repeat business and form long-term relationships - Degree level educated preferred but not essential - Ability to speak English is essential
