The Custody area supporting our two divisions Corporate & Private Clients and Private Wealth Management & Family Office, is starting up a major transformation were implementing a new IT platform is part of the scope. This will support our business and operation in future proofing the services in the area. We are now looking for an experienced, highly driven, and motivated Tech Lead in our exciting journey that starts now.
What you will be doing
You will be a part of an agile based organization under build up that is responsible for the development and maintenance of SEB’s new central custody solution and related integrations. Your mission will be, together with the teams under build up, the System Responsible/Tech Lead for the core platform of this Custody solution. The core system will be a cloud SasS solution delivered form a 3rd party vendor. In your role as System Responsible/Tech Lead you will:
· Taking the ownership and leadership of the 3rd party software solution by integrating it with other solution needed
· Working closely with stakeholders, architects, and other teams to constantly improve the value provided to our customers, both internally and externally
· Establish good working relationship with vendor to ensure good deliveries
· Play a key role leading integration setup to and from the application
· Lead the technical design and participate in the future architectural setup
· Making long and short-term decisions on solutions and best ways to implement them
· Leading and coaching the teams under build up and future and newcomers
You will work in the Java tech-stack, microservices architecture, Google Cloud Platform, AWS cloud, Kubernetes, Kafka, API, MQ, CFT and other technologies. You are used to working across the stack. Together with the team you will build scalable and robust solutions that will be the foundation of the future way of banking.
It is also an extra plus if you have business knowledge within the Custody&Securities domain and have some insight also into the .Net framework, Hibernate, Spring Beans and Angular.

You will work closely in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Solution Architects, other Tech Leads, Managers and Product Owners. You are a positive, humble and service minded team player, and taking ownership comes naturally to you.
We believe that you are:
· Skilled in Java technology and frameworks (Hibernate, Spring Beans)
· You have experience working with 3rd party software solution and experience in working with API tech stacks
· You have a track record of working with large initiatives where implementing new solutions has been part of the assignment
· You are proactive, involve stakeholders in decision making, and contribute with ideas and suggested improvements on our way of working and which technologies to use
· You are deeply interested in building secure, scalable and robust solutions.
· Experience leading an IT team / being a Tech Lead
· Having eye for details, but also being able to zoom out for the holistic view
· Constantly learning and challenging status quo
· Natural leader with great communication skills
· Analytical, accurate and can handle complex information
· Excellent in English.
