IT Operations Manager

Quant, formerly known as ABB Full Service, is growing and are looking for an IT Operations Manager with a global reach!

In this role you´ll provide the leadership on business technology planning, leveraging industry experience and expertise in order to identify best-fit solutions, addressing business objectives. You will work closely with the CIO on strategic issues and interact with a range of global stakeholders to facilitate excellent operations during continued growth. The overall responsibility for the centralized IT environment is yours.

You will:

The operations manager work closely with the CIO and a range of global stakeholders to facilitate smooth, cost effective and high-performing solutions on a MS based platform. You will provide the leadership regarding business technology planning, platform security strategy, leveraging industry experience and expertise in order to identify best-fit solutions, addressing business objectives.

You will be responsible for the IT service catalogue, as well as IT asset management in relation to external partners. This means for ex. planning and delivery of service-desk, service integration, user management, and datacentres, networking connectivity and collaboration services.

You will greatly contribute to the development of standards and recommend changes to systems and applications. You will develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies to ensure Quant´s highly centralized and global IT presence.

You have:

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and a thorough understanding of lean IT infrastructure, preferably cloud-based.
• You have knowledge of methods and techniques involved in the completion of information system planning, incl. capacity planning and cost benefit-analysis related to alternative technologies.
• You can easily shift from operative- to a strategic approach.
• You have good communication-skills and an ability to present complex issues to a diverse audience. In all, your overall objective is to improve customer satisfaction.
