Work description

Would you like to provide technical support and incident management in an international environment? We are looking for a service-minded problem solver who enjoys travelling and have solid experience from technical support.

In this role you will be a central part of the IT department – a function providing IT support and technical assistance to internal as well as for external users. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as our Dispatcher, Light Incident and Escalation Manager, with the mission to manage technical issues and other related support activities for our business systems, devices and network.

  • Provide our internal and external users with world class technical support, using ITIL-based practices and procedures.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in order to continuously improve our services and tools.

The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same. You will be based at Acne Studios Head Office in Stockholm, but you will have commitments that require travelling. As you will work toward our global offices and stores, you will mostly work during weekends and evenings but also at store openings, rebuilds, events and fashion shows. You will be reporting to Service Desk Manager.

Key skills and qualifications

To succeed as a Service Desk Technician, you need a strong technical interest and experience from identity, device and service management within a Microsoft and preferably an Apple environment. Experience from end user hardware and software installation and configuration as well as troubleshooting and Office 365 will be important. Equally qualifying is your knowledge of the Mac/PC interface as well as general knowledge of server, network, security and cloud services administration. Experience from First Line Support and Vendor Management is also vital. Besides this, you hold a technical education and/or certificates.

You are a user-oriented, enthusiastic and skilled team player with great analyzing and technical skills. Besides the ability to take initiative and think outside the box, you are independent and have a strong drive. Fluency in English is required, French speaking is meriting. It is also meriting if you have previous experience from the retail industry.
