We are looking for a new colleague for our High Performance Platform Software team with several years of solid professional experience who takes on the role as a Software Engineer.
Help shape the future: Develop cutting-edge, high quality, efficient, and maintainable software to implement innovative solutions, for our automotive High Performance Platform Software.
Create something new: Create tomorrow´s Software platform for SCANIA and the TRATON group.
Experience cooperation: Our work environment is team-oriented, with a cross-functional mindset within SCANIA and TRATON group, working in an agile framework.
Observe, and think ahead: Take ownership of assignments and be keen to deliver on-time. Furthermore, you are motivated to continuously learn as well as being eager to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
The product you will be an important player for is the CHIPPS platform a Common High Performance Platform Software within SCANIA and Traton group.
Personality: Proactive, dedicated, curious, team player with good communication skills.
Working Practice: Structured, self-reliant, goal- and customer oriented.
Experience and Knowledge: Several years of solid professional experience with C++. Good to have knowledge of SOA and Microservices, Automotive Ethernet and service-based communication. Experience of CI / CD and virtual machines and emulators as an important part of the development environment. Know-how in the automotive industry and some experience in Autosar would be good but is not a must.
Education: Academic degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or comparable field of studies.
