Keeping a good dialog with test stake holders is key for a successful testing so communication is important. We work actively with improving our methods on a continuous basis and have a culture that welcomes new ideas and approaches.
In our team, diversity is key for success! You might be a chemist with a master within electrochemistry and experience from laboratory work. Or, you are an engineer with a strong analytical mindset with programming skills that like to process large amounts of data. Perhaps your strengths might lie in being a practical person, like to get the show on the road, with mechatronic skills and embedded knowhow. Regardless of your strengths, you like to take your analyzed results and boil it down to neat graphs that you happily share and discuss with your team members.
