Are you looking for a challenge that combines state of the art technology and leadership? At the department Autonomous Systems, we are developing the transport solutions for the future. We are now looking for a first line manager for the group Autonomous Logging, a part of the section Autonomous Continuous Integration Platform. Our section enables engineering productivity for the whole department.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead a group responsible for designing powerful data pipelines that process fast sensor streams (lidar, radar and camera), leverage appropriate data stores, and offer easy-to-use APIs. Together you will develop and deploy high-quality software using modern tooling and frameworks. The logging system consists of both an onboard (hardware and software) part and offboard (software) part, including a cloud solution.

You will work to provide the pre-requisites needed for your employees & consultants to be successful in their job, every day. You will be supporting and strengthening the group, as they carry out their work within our agile development process. The group is supported by two satellite consultant teams.

In the management and extended management teams you will contribute to the leadership and development of the whole section. You will be a key person in our journey towards data driven development and take part in defining strategies that determine the future of CI/CD for our autonomous systems.

We work in a fast changing environment, where recruitment will continue to be a key task. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as current and potential partners and suppliers.
