About the job

Panagora is looking for a technical first-line-support engineer to join our support team and work towards Panagora’s clients with qualified assistance in technical issues and troubleshooting. 

Together you handle incoming technical matters and take responsibility for the solution and the customer’s experience. If needed, you delegate issues to other resources within the company. 

The role requires you to be professional and instill long-term trust between Panagora and our customers, where they expect us to understand their business and individual needs. 

You will also assist internally with testing and expertise regarding Panagora’s platform. 

Please note: This is a position for HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. At this point we will not be able to offer relocation services for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities 

  • First point of contact for Panagora’s clients regarding technical issues 
  • Troubleshoot, define, prioritize and document incoming technical matters 
  • Assist with technical expertise regarding Panagora's platform, internally and externally

Qualifications 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within IT/e-commerce or online customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
  • A service-minded approach and excellent problem solving skills 

Nice to have 

  • Experience in relevant technical fields such as web development and/or e-commerce systems 
  • Experience in Jira or other similar case management system
