You are a supportive person by nature with a passion and understanding for end users. Helping- and supporting users with end user IT-services related issues is something you find both inspiring and rewarding. You have a broad technical knowledge, preferably from the areas of end user equipment and services, a strong user centric mindset and are fascinated by how technology can unlock people’s productivity.
As an Executive Board Support Technician you support Scanias’ top management and their assistants through field-support and distance support. This work covers assignments, incidents, requests and various order support connected to most End-User Productivity services and many Scania IT services. In this role you are part of a small team that Executive Management can contact directly during Swedish office hours 08.00-16.45. Swedish national holidays are excluded. You perform the Executive Board Support role in combination with one or multiple support flows within User Centrics’ level 2 scope including the Critical Queue. You will in the other parts of the role support all types of Scania users from industrial to commercial. Your main mission is to contribute to shortened solution lead-time on incidents and IT orders. You are also part of improving existing flows in order to gain more speed and flexibility within our deliveries.
You bring enthusiasm, energy, have the skill to understand people's needs and give that little extra effort to support our end users. Furthermore, you have he to challenge existing ways of working and being creative in how you test these ideas.
