• The position is full-time, during daytime hours, with a start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English, and that you are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company in accordance with the Security Companies Act (1974:191) (this application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Protective Security Act (2018:585) may also be required. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements for approval under the respective regulations, a background check is conducted. The assessment considers lawfulness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information may be gathered from, for example, yourself, open sources, or authorities. A holistic assessment is applied when evaluating suitability for the respective position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Security Companies and the trade unions Unionen and Ledarna.
