About the role

You will be part of an experienced team consisting of developers and testers who together are responsible for Complex Investigation within Financial Crime Prevention. You will be a part of a new solution where we develop and maintain new technical capabilities in a smart way to detect bad actors. Our technical environment consists of but is not limited to Java, Neo4J, Kafka and Elastic Search.

As a Tech Lead, you are responsible for the team's work in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and high-quality IT solutions. You are also the representative of the system and responsible for ensuring that the system's future architecture reflects the bank's strategic IT goals.

You will work in an environment with multiple Agile teams across Sweden and the Baltic states.

Who are we looking for

We believe that you have a solid developer background, and you combine this with knowledge in containerized solutions, graph databases and big data architecture. You are natural leader who can lead the developers and “show the way” in everything from our architectural movement to best practices for integrations. The job also includes regular contact with our domain architects, internal customers/stakeholders and other maintenance and operations teams. We expect you to be an active participant in improving our ways of working, our methods, and our tools.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role, with a strong background in database architecture and development.

• In-depth knowledge of graph database technologies (e.g., Neo4j).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.

• Experience in designing and building data pipelines using ETL tools and frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Basic understanding of Data Analytics concept

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.
