If you're passionate about client service, keen on growing your network, and enjoy the fast-paced financial markets, our Collateral Management team could be your ideal fit! We're currently seeking a new Collateral Manager to enhance our team.
CMU (Collateral Management Unit) is part of Large Corporations and Financial Institutions, and we manage daily trade collateralization and reconciliation, alongside optimizing the bank's collateral usage. We work closely with various areas and products within the bank, dealing primarily with Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Institutions, other Banks, and our internal stakeholders.
About the role:
As the Collateral Manager, your role involves overseeing daily collateralization and optimizing the bank's use of available collateral. You'll be communicating regularly with external parties like Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Institutions, and other Banks, as well as with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you'll contribute to initiatives and projects that aim to improve our processes, which is a key aspect of your job.
To thrive in this role, we believe:
Your background includes a university degree and work experience in the financial sector, ideally with some familiarity with trading products through roles in Operations, Risk, or Collateral Management.
We're on the lookout for someone who's not only eager and self-driven but also thrives in delivering top-notch service within a dynamic and sometimes challenging setting. If you're all about teamwork, love sharing knowledge, and enjoy working together across different areas, you'll fit right in. It's crucial for you to be adaptable, always mindful of potential risks, and ready to embrace changes in our processes. We value individuals who question the norm and are proactive in enhancing our processes.
This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.
What we offer:
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various departments such as client organization, trading/sales, legal, risk, and operations. This will help you build a wide network within the bank. Additionally, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge across multiple product areas. We're excited to support your growth and increase your responsibilities as you become more familiar with the collateralization process and the regulatory landscape we operate in.
