Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Q-team Mission

The group ERTEQ – Product Engineering Q team within truck chassis development, consist of 7 designers and 5 other Q-team leaders, handles both PR (Production), FQ (Field Quality) Quick and Medium assignments.

The Quick Team is responsible for acting on product quality deviations, no matter the origin of the deviation:

• Causing end customer dissatisfaction or considered to cause end customer dissatisfaction.
• Deviations found within PRU’s which require a quick and cross-functional solution.

You will:

• have the responsibility of PR and FQ Medium assignments, which means items handed over from Quick due to that no long term action have been found or planned within 20 days.
• lead a cross functional working group, which include one designer dedicated for Medium assignments, until a solution is implemented.
• get the possibilities to develop your leadership skills, support in technical issues, build up a wide network within Scania and cross functions as production and purchase and to influence on our process, way of working and develop RGM.

Basic requirements are that you have a bachelor/master in Mechanical Engineering and a few years’ experience from Scania. Experience from RGM and project management is creditable. I see that you master Swedish and English in both speech and writing as both are frequently used.
