As a Business Analyst in the Tactical Capacity Planning team you will step into a team who strives for an agile way of working. You will perform analysis, visualizations and reporting of Tactical Capacity Planning information by verification, validation and maintenance of data.
Besides that, the role will include supporting development of Tactical Capacity Planning tool (QlikView) and other methods to identify areas of improvements. In the near future you could also help us find other ways to gather data and information, e.g. through facilitating workshops or other activities.

Tactical Capacity Planning is responsible for ensuring that Operation and Shared services at IKEA IT has the capability to assess how future projects, programmes and other activities affects resource needs on a tactical horizon. The Tactical Capacity Planning is a small team part of the great Project Office community, which houses Project Management resources. Our office is activity based in a wonderful office near the harbour in Helsingborg.
