In the role as Business Analyst within Institutional Global Custody, you are offered the opportunity to develop in an exciting IT organization with a high rate of change. You will play a key role and contribute to one of SEB´s most focused areas.

What you will be doing

In this role you will be part of and contribute to a unique journey of change where you and your team are responsible for building and testing high quality Data Warehouse solutions. You will manage several important initiatives and ensure that the development meets the requirements and needs of the business and users. You work in close collaboration with 3-4 other Business Analysts, System Developers, Testers, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. You help clarify priorities and constantly work to improve processes, working methods and routines together with your team.

Who we are looking for

You have a passion for IT and Tech and are curious to learn more about the business and the people around you. You have a previous experience of working as Business Analyst in a large organization and can with ease capture and translate business needs into technical requirements for system or process changes.

- You love to analyze business/operations processes and propose new ways to increase efficiency, reduce risk and increase deliver value.

- You are communicative and communicate freely in Swedish and English in speech and in writing.

- You take on new tasks with a creative and curious attitude, and you value accuracy and structure in the execution of your tasks.

- As a person, you are not afraid of challenges and lead the way. The team's work is innovative and modernizing and you thrive in an innovative environment with a constant focus on change and improvement.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have

- previous experience in the Custody area.

- experience of larger migrations.

- proven Cloud solution experience.

- “hands on” experience within the area of Data Management.
