About the role:

We are seeking a senior level Oracle Database Developer with a passion for engineering sophisticated ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions within a specialized financial reporting domain. This highly technical role requires a candidate who excels in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT capabilities. The ideal applicant will have a proven ability to engineer complex data transformations across diverse and specialized models, such as translating the data from a bank's internal operational systems to the formats needed for regulatory reporting datasets. Candidates should be adept at navigating the intricacies of financial systems and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all data processes.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

3+ years of experience in programming relational database solutions beyond CRUD operations, with a preference for PL/SQL
3+ years experience with data warehousing, data modeling, data lineaging, business analysis, regulatory reporting or finance
Experience with python, serverless data warehousing, dbt, dataform or airflow would be considered an advantage
Fluency in English
