Order & Delivery Manager

We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, scientists, developers and more to pave the way for the next big leap in the energy industry through our battery energy storage and optimization systems. 

As our new Order & Delivery Manager you will be part of our Global Supply Chain team and together with your team and colleagues you will be responsible for Polariums order management.

This is a permenent position which is based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. 

Responsibilities 

• Continuously develop the areas within launches, order patterns and forecast together with your team and Key Account Managers.
  
• Be a vital contributor to evaluate and assess the need for extending/re-build the supply chain to grow business.
  
• Be the primary customer logistic contact and in charge of ensuring correct stock levels in accordance with the forecast.
  
• Be responsible for identifying and initiating process development together with our customers and with the rest of the supply organisation.
  
• Handle order management and communication, demand execution, solve order related transactions deviations, follow-up on Value Added Services (certifications, export-documents, labelling, repacking, etc.) assignments with the warehouse, follow-up and review the orders on hand, backlog and invoicing, follow-up on and reduce logistics cost (and structure) and secure the supply deliverables.

Qualifications and experience

• You are experienced in the field of order management and logistics and have an excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
• You have experience from working with both imports and exports and all modes of transport.
• You have been active across multiple transportation modes (road, rail, sea, and air).
• You have been engaged with direct material suppliers, customs brokers, understanding of warehousing, in-house as well as 3PL-operated.
• You are an experienced people leader.
• Preferably you have a university degree in economics or science or equivalent vocational education preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• You have experience from ERP-systems.
• You are fluent in English, oral and written, Spanish and Swedish is a plus.
• You master Excel.
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience from Dangerous Goods.
