As a Learning & Development Generalist, you will inspire and make every visitor's experience of Älmhult memorable, falling head over heels in love with IKEA's past, present, and future! Imagine initiating learning experiences that shine a spotlight on IKEA’s brilliance in Life at Home, Democratic Design and Culture & Values.
You’ll host trainings, lead guided tours and orchestrate workshops, that provide our visitors with insights and experiences of IKEA’s ever-evolving story. The arena is mainly our unique IKEA museum and sometimes we also bring the magic online to welcome the world to Älmhult! From ideation to execution, you will work with the best minds to create unforgettable experiences!

You're a strong culture carrier ready to meet the next generation, with your sights set on leading inspiring learning experiences for all kinds of groups. For this, you'll need a natural talent for teaching and a genuine interest in meeting visitors on their level of learning. We'd love it if you also have an interest, ability, and some experience working with young adults.

This position is a permanent, full-time assignment (40h/week), located in Älmhult, Sweden and you will report to the Exhibition Manager at IKEA Älmhult AB. Please note that relocation package is not offered for this position.
