The position  

As our new Tech Recruiter you will be an instrumental part of the NENT technology organization to ensure talent search and acquisition. The organization is continuously growing given the launch of Viaplay in the Baltics, Poland, the US and the Netherlands. As we scale we are looking for dedicated, skilled and specialized engineering talent to solve interesting problems and capture new opportunities. You will form part of a team that is changing the world of entertainment. We have an technical organization here in Stockholm, consisting of approximately 300 people, and we build almost everything here in-house! We work with cutting-edge technologies and have a really attractive offer to technical candidates. 

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all recruitment activities within the Nordic Entertainment Group. We are currently a skilled team of six recruiters, one TA-manager and two people experience specialists. Our mission is to ensure that Nordic Entertainment Group grows in a successful way with the right talent. As an internal partner in talent acquisition, we provide the best and most efficient recruitment process while ensuring a world class candidate experience. We are here to support, advise and educate our business, coach and challenge when needed, to ensure an equal, including an unbiased recruitment process.

In this role you will work closely with your colleagues, always being able to ask a question or get a different perspective on your work. You will also work close to hiring managers to identify talent gaps, create interesting job descriptions and drive search, interviews and other recruitment activities. The challenge ahead  

• Search, contact, interview and recruit top talent
• Coordinate tests, interviews and the employment contract process
• Ensure a pool of qualified candidates available to fill open roles
• Ensure open and professional communication between the candidates and respective recruiting manager
• Coach and educate stakeholders within the organization on best recruitment practices
• Be a company representative at meetups, industry events, conferences and other gatherings

What we are looking for  

To succeed in the role, you need to have a passion for networking and a great ability to build relations with people – internal as well as external. You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership and thrive in results-oriented environments. You enjoy communicating with potential talent everyday and know how to represent the company in a stellar way.

Successful candidates also meets the following qualifications:

• Positive can-do attitude with a “closing the deal”-spirit
• 1-2 years of work life experience within Techical Recruitment and Search
• A team-player with the ability to drive several projects/recruitments at once
• Innovative and creative, always finding new and better ways to get things done
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Swedish & English)

Bonus qualifications that makes you stand out from the rest:

• Experience from internal (movement) recruitments
• Having worked in an expanding organization
• Experience recruiting in other markets than the Swedish market
• English as native language
