IT System Manager

As IT System Manager, your responsibility will be to ensure the management and enhancements of HR systems and related HR processes. You will work closely in collaboration with the HR department, and work and communicate with other teams across the company.

You'll also be involved or lead projects and enhancements for the business.

This job is based at the Calliditas office in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities as IT System Manager:

• Evolve and specialize in HR -systems and -processes (e.g., Bob, SAP Concur and Deel).
• Maintain systems and system documentation in accordance with IT SOP’s.
• Provide Level 2 user support (System administrator) and collaborate with stakeholders for system and process optimization.
• Ensure service excellence linked to daily operations like addressing system issues and changes, manage user access, service requests and more. Lead and participate in business governance meetings to enhance system delivery.
• Generate performance reports and analyze data to prevent issues.
• Enforce IT security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage data for generating business insights.

Qualifications: Need to have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Solid understanding of HR processes.
• Experience working with global HR- and T&E systems.
• Experience of working in a virtual organization.
• Proven IT system management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Teams and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience of working with systems like Bob (Hi Bob), Deel and SAP Concur.
• Experience with D365FO, Oracle EPM, Azure DevOps and Power Bi.
• Understanding financial processes.
• ITIL and pm3 certification preferred.

About Us

Calliditas is a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company focused on identifying, developing and commercializing novel treatments in orphan indications, with an initial focus on renal and hepatic diseases with significant unmet medical needs.
