Digital Workplace Solutions is one of these exciting and growing areas and our mission is to enable Lantmännen to use digital workplace solutions in smooth, secure and efficient ways. We are now strengthening our team with key positions and are looking for a Digital Workplace Architect to join us, taking lead in our ambition to fulfill our mission.

This is what you will do
As Digital Workplace Architect, you will be responsible for developing and supporting continuous implementation of Lantmännen common architecture principles and guidelines. The area of responsibility spans across several IT solutions with focus on the holistic perspective on services, mainly within Microsoft 365. You will monitor roadmaps, seminars and updates from Microsoft and keep up to date on technical development/new technology related to the digital workplace and surrounding areas.

You will also, when needed, take on the role as 3rd line escalation in problem, incident and change processes and provide technical leadership and expertise on Microsoft 365 related designs, solutions and configurations. Other tasks may include designing, planning and leading Office 365 migrations related to workloads like Sharepoint, Teams and Onedrive for business, as well as modernization of device provisioning where we are looking at implementing services such as Microsoft Intune and autopilot to support our global workforce.

By being part of Digital Workplace Solutions, you will work towards multiple stakeholders and in cross-functional collaborations. Among else you will work with IT Solution Specialists to translate requirements into solution designs, staff from HR and other supporting functions to promote and strive for internal digitalization at Lantmännen. You will also be part of our internal Architecture Review Board where you will contribute with a holistic view to the architecture development across the entire group.

You will be based at our head office in Stockholm, and you will report to Manager Competence Center Digital Workplace Solutions. Be prepared to spend time at location when needed, but it is not necessary that your residence is Stockholm.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Broad IT background with understanding of IT terminology and technical domains.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from work as solution architect or similar.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience within the area of Microsoft 365 incl. services such as Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive , Windows 10, Intune, autopilot and EM+S.
  • Knowledge and experience within other Microsoft technologies like Power platform and Azure.
  • Understanding of competitive technologies to properly assess present vs. possible solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English as well as project management experience.
