HR Manager with devotion for IT and people

Introduktion

Imagine a company that has been around for almost 30 years with one principal customer. The company started out as publicly owned and their motto has been security and stability. The main focus has been on debt collection and debt purchase, but in order to accommodate their customers, other services have evolved over time such as; content billing, text messaging services, accounts receivable and credit services.

The company consists of six different companies in the Nordic and Baltic region. All six companies have their own CEOs and corporate cultures. The ownership of the company will shortly change, and central functions such as finance, HR and IT will be rebuilt since they have been provided by the previous owner.

The new owner wants to increase the company's market shares and create a new corporate culture that will be characterized by business development, flexibility, respect and excitement. The main focus will be on sales and reducing the dependency on one principal customer, while continuing to provide that customer with excellent services.

Would you like to create a different, modern HR function with IT and business development at its core? Help recruit the most talented people to a traditional business in transition? Through modern leadership and IT solutions we would like to create a state of the art coporate culture with your help!

You should preferably:

  • Be a visionary and energetic in regards to HR.
  • Have a genuine understanding and interest in the business as a whole.
  • Have built a Nordic HR-function previously.
  • Have experience in recruitment.
  • Have experience in project management.
  • Have experience in negotiations with vendors.
  • Have experience in union negotiations.
  • Have a university degree within Human Resources, Business or equal.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing. (Finnish is a plus).

Marginalen Financial Services AB has eight employees and is part of Marginalen Group, founded in the 1990s, with approximately 700 employees in Sweden, Lithuania, and Latvia. Marginalen Bank, a relatively new bank on the Swedish market, is also part of the group. We are located in a wonderful, newly refurbished buildning at Adolf Fredriks kyrkogata in central Stockholm.
