Om denna position

Marginalen Group will outsource its IT environment and you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a cost effective, state of the art IT environment together with our outsourcing partner.

Key targets and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the infrastructure and local end users IT experience
  • Responsible for Internal Operational Level Agreement (OLA)
  • Ensure all IT projects meet both external and internal requirements and are delivered on time and on budget
  • Ensure that all IT processes are properly documented and understood
  • Ability to identify business needs and provide technology solutions
  • Manage & drive better service from 3rd party suppliers and have direct vendor management responsibility
  • Continuous improvement around processes and service delivery
  • Create and implement KPI's & SLA's around service delivery
  • Effectively communication all aspects of IT to business stakeholders in a clear way
  • Responsible for ensuring IT security compliance.

Knowledge and experience

  • Many years of successful experience in working with IT Operations and Information Management
  • Experience in working with outsourced IT environment and understanding of Hybrid cloud solutions
  • Experienced with ITIL processes
  • IT Security and data protection awareness is considered as an advantage
  • Project Management & Vendor Management experience
  • International experience is an asset
  • Preferably holds a relevant university degree
