Team Manager for PFA within Trading Technology at SEB in Stockholm

What you will be doing

As a Team Manager for the PFA you are responsible for coaching and supporting the team in its journey to become self-organized.

You will work in an Agile way of working in collaboration with the Scrum master and the Product owner, and take part in the journey to organize and secure that the team has the right prerequisites to be able to perform.

You are not afraid to challenge and help them try new things, new ways of working and learn more as a team and a team member.

You like to work with constant improvements, and see reflection and feedback as a vital part to succeed.

The team belongs to the Fixed Income/shared platforms tribe and consists of approx. 20-25 employees and consultants located in Stockholm.

As a Team manager you will:

• Be a part of the management team for Fixed Income/Shared platforms & Commodities

• Lead and coach the PFA team

• Develop your staff and improve ways of working

• Furthermore, drive and take initiative to make sure the team deliveries in the most efficient way

• Be brave, try new things and challenge behaviors in order to learn new things about yourself and the team

• Build a feedback culture that thrives in the agile context

• Act as a ambassador for the agile way of working

Who we are looking for?

• You have a proven track record of leading in an efficient and agile way

• You are driven and have a willingness to constantly develop yourself, learn new things and have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

• You are a team player who thrives by being part of high-performing teams and enjoys coaching and supporting your surrounding

• You have well-developed oral and written communication skills both in Swedish and English, where you easily visualize your ideas and interact with stakeholders both within Business and IT

• Experience of working with Trading products, knowledge of Fixed Income will be meriting
