Curious Team Manager for Workflow and Pricing team within Technology Financing & Loans at SEB in Stockholm

We are currently looking for a Team manager to join the Financing & Loans department. The pricing team is responsible for developing data driven pricing capabilities within the loan area such as private mortgages, corporate residential lending etc.Team workflow is responsible forthe renewal and extension of SEB’s BRF Mortgage loans. The team’s main goal is to deliver on SEB’s strategic need in developing in fully data driven organization, enabling digital sales and services to our customers and cater for advisors to spend more time on advisory. Our mission is to, in close cooperation with the Business and Operations in the Financing tribe, develop ITsolutions for our customers and users.

What you will be doing

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for the employees, consultants, and deliveries within two agile development teams, with a current total of 9people. When the department grows more people will be added and you will be recruiting as well as on boarding.

Your responsibility as a team manager is to build high performing teams. You do that through building confidence, empowering and coaching the team members to contribute to meet and exceed customer needs, targets and set KPIs. You are responsible forcapacity and delivery planning for the team, ensuring that the right competencies and skills are in place.

You will ensure the running availability of the systems as part of different value-flows are developed and maintained according to agreed expectations ensuring that necessary lifecycle activities are done on time. You will plan and follow up the IT cost budget and the development plan for the systems.

You will drive change initiatives as part of the business plan and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement to ensure efficient ways of working, high quality solutions and managed risks. You will become part of the Financing Tribe in Arenastaden where we work in clear value flows and where IT, business, and Operation work closely together and share the same target and purpose. We are responsible for all development and lifecycle management of our applications.

As a Team Manager, you will be a part of the Technology Financing & Loans Management team, and the position is in Stockholm. There you will work together with 6 other team managers creating the best conditions for our people to thrive and develop!

You will be an important part in driving digital development journey for us to reach vision 2025.Understanding technology and software development comes easy to you, and you take an active part in our management team driving our agenda forward. It is merited if you have a technical background and worked with IT development.
