Giesecke & Devrient is looking for you, the technically savvy engineer/technician, to be part of their journey as a service provider. The Managed Service department act as a trusted service partner for global clients in conjunction with business opportunities. In your role you will liaison with several actors and customers in order to ensure good operations within virtualized infrastructure. YOU WILL - You will work with G&D trusted applications, building the service offering for G&D - You will be connected to the G&D R&D team and other 3.rd party actors to solve cases and/or bring an operational perspective to design phases and projects. - You will work with incident- problem- and change management within an ITIL based environment - You will, together with your colleagues, maintain operational standards, procedures and documentation. - You will support G&D´s continuous service improvements (CSIs).
YOU ARE - You are an accomplished problem solver with some knowledge regarding mobile communication, applications, and IT technologies. - You are skilled within networks (e.g. TCP/IP) and have a know-how of virtualized environments (VMware) - You are experienced within ticketing and monitoring systems - You are proficient in technical dealings with customers, on the phone/in meetings
