Delivery Responsible to Operational Security Center to SEB

What you will be doing

SEB is now looking for a Delivery Responsible within the team Operational Security Center (OSC). You will have a central role in the team where your main responsibility is to secure daily deliveries and processes. You will work actively with the team to secure the right prioritizations and support with escalations to relevant parties. You are also part of resource planning for projects or other initiatives related to the team.

This team is accountable for managing multiple cross functional security capabilities from an operational perspective with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing in the forefront. The team support all IT functions with central IT security capabilities and together with your team the role will include but not be limited to:

· Stay updated on emerging security threats & vulnerabilities

· Support IT with operational security tasks

· Continuous improvements of processes and services

· Continue to develop and evolve security operations

· Close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Who we are looking for

You have a degree in engineering/IT or have gained equivalent knowledge from work experience. You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience from working with cyber security and 4-5 years overall IT experience, it’s also a merit if you have worked with a similar function within the IT security area.

You are tempted/challenged by managing IT units in a complex, fast changing and demanding environment. As a person you are inspirational, motivating, committed, have good communication skills.

• To be successful in this role, you will need technical understanding and experience related to IT Infrastructure and cyber security.

• Professional qualification such as CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM is a merit.

• You preferably have documented experience from Agile ways of working and SAFe framework.

• You are fluent in both written and spoken English & Swedish.
