Experienced System Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Internal IT department is responsible for the overall corporate infrastructure of the Betsson Group, worldwide. The team is spread out around offices in Stockholm, Malta and Tallinn, supporting the business and making sure that the Infrastructure is accessible at all time.

We're looking for proven and committed System Administrator to join us in our Stockholm office. You’ll be a part of a small local team working tactically as well as working on major projects as part of the global team to achieve strategic goals. In addition to daily operations and project work, you’re expected to focus on continuous improvement and increasing efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a mentor towards the Internal IT Department as whole
• Ensure we deliver infrastructure and tools to support business requirements
• Ensure knowledge sharing in Internal IT via documentation and online tools
• Help improve the existing architecture and services as part of the continuous improvement process
• Work with Mac OSX and Windows OS (both Desktop and Server)
• Manage installation and configuration of hardware and software to include:
• Windows 7/8/8.1/10 and OSX
• Windows Server
• Exchange
• AD/ADFS
• VMWare/HyperV
• Veeam/Backup Exec on Exagrid Appliances
• SCCM/SCOM
• Checkpoint

REQUIREMENTS

You have a great eye for details, high service level and you always find ways to solve existing problems. Furthermore, you have proven experience from similar roles in a fast-paced organization. As an easy going and driven person, you’re keen to help out and share your knowledge.

• Experienced hands on System Administrator
• Microsoft OS, both Desktop and Server
• Microsoft Applications including Office, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, SCOM
• A good understanding of ITIL methodologies and a will to transform service where needed
• Security, Backup and Data Integrity
• A willingness to go the extra mile for the customer
• A hunger for opportunities to expand your knowledge and train in new technologies.
