Our client is now looking for an: Infrastructure Operations Specialist/Project
lead.

Assignment description and activities to be performed:
We are a small team with lots of responsibilities and we are now looking for a team player that can help us to master all the tasks that are upon us in our region covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Our office is in Silverdal/Sollentuna, Stockholm.
Are you a self-driven team player that has ambitions to not only deliver but also improve existing systems and processes then you might be the one we are looking for.
We are responsible for all IT Infrastructure Services like IT network infrastructure (WAN / LAN /WLAN), server environment, local end device services (laptops, mobile phones, etc.), telephony vrequirements and technical collaboration equipment (meeting room equipment, video conferencing and video streaming equipment).

There are clear guidelines and requirement from us centrally, that we are following and implementing, but we also enjoy the freedom of improving our processes where we deem necessary.
Your main tasks will be:
• Coordinating and supporting network upgrades and extensions.
• Upgrading server rooms according to our standards and guidelines.
• Develop (PowerShell) scripts that make life easier.
• Coordinating and supporting the upgrade of our storage solutions.
• Planning, coordinating and executing IT Emergency Exercises.
• Writing system documentation according to our standards.
• Support the applications teams in their work with AWS Cloud environments.
The tasks are widespread. Therefore, we are looking for:
• A self-driven generalist that is used to work in an enterprise environment with plenty ofrules and guidelines.
• Sees the potential for improvements.
• Is well structured and used to deal with many tasks at the same time.
• You are not only service minded, but you always have the best interest of the customerin mind, in anything you do.

Competence requirements:
• Certainly you are used to terms like:
o Cisco, SFP, patching and Access Point
o SAN, fiber channel, CIFS and iStore
o Windows 10, user space and PowerShell
o Basic knowledge in Cloud Setup e.g. AW

Start Date of the Assignment: End of January/February

Duration of the Assignment: 2 years contract

Location: Stockholm/Solna

Working Language: English and Swedish
