We are looking for an ambitious and driven function owner whom will help us to define and implement the road map for our future charging functions for our electrified vehicles.

The functionality related to charging and how these functions interact with our users will be a crucial differentiation towards our competitors. It will be a key element to create premium value towards our customers, which will position Scania ahead of the competition.

Who we are:

UECA – Charging Systems and Functions is a group responsible for systems that handle the communication between vehicle and charger. We also own and develop charging user functions with the goal of having industry leading interaction between our users and the vehicle.

The group consist of system and function owners. Our collaborations span over several business areas within Scania and other brands within TRATON.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the user functions you own, and ensure they meet current and future demands and needs.
  • Develop a good understanding for our customer needs to develop premium user experiences when the user functions always have an interface towards our customers this is crucial.
  • Be a central person for these user functions since you own the road map and lead the implementation of it. The user interactions can both be connected to one or several hardware’s, software’s and systems.
  • Work in an environment that is highly cross-functional and you will collaborate with system owners, interaction designer, software developers, safety engineers and hardware engineers.

Taking initiatives comes natural for you and you are good at leading cross-functional teams. You find motivation in developing the best way forward in cooperation with others. You are communicative and good at navigating between theory and practice.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and previous experience within system/software development and/or testing. Having experience of working with customer experience is meriting but not required.

You are fluent in English, speaking and writing.
