Order to Delivery IT is the IT enabler for Scania Production & Logistics by delivering IT services and at the same time developing a new IT landscape. We are growing and need an additional manager to head our team working with Smart Factory development and Digital Factory solutions. These are two key enabling areas to make Scania truly digital and continue the transformation towards an industry 4.0 reality.

Your responsibilities
As manager for Smart and Digital Factory, you will lead two areas.

For Smart Factory you will work together with your peer manager within P&L in our modern and exciting lab environment. Your teams develop, test, validate and prove new solutions before they are introduced on the production lines and in logistic flows. You are expected to work closely with the team and be a role model in collaboration between business and IT.

Within Digital Factory solutions your team runs and operate a suite of applications supporting digital layout and simulation of factories. Tools are used in preparation before remodeling a factory layout or equipment investments

Tasks that will be part of your daily job;

  • Be a role model to create an attractive workplace and an inclusive culture.
  • Work in close cooperation with your colleagues within P&L and physically together in the Smart Factory lab
  • Actively follow industry development and identify trends and innovation inside as well as outside Scania.
  • Play an active part in the P&L Platform management team as well as contribute to change on the department level.
  • General management responsibilities such as budgeting, recruitment and people development, etc.

Your profile

You have an IT education and relevant experience from working with innovation, digitalization and service design. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English as we have a culturally diverse working environment.
