You have a deep commercial understanding, a passion for understanding our customer's business, and enjoy working with different cultures. You are resilient, enjoying a fast-paced environment where you often make priorities based on what is best for our business. Me as a leader
What truly drives me are challenging tasks and the opportunity to make a change. I find it very motivating to have the ability to utilize the strengths and capabilities of both the team and individuals to achieve our objectives. I prefer environments that are dynamic and with a high pace rather than the opposite.

In the management team of Powertrain & Electrification, I expect that we act and work as one team and strongly believe on both individual and joint accountability connected to what we together set out to achieve. We are encouraged by creating a modern, open workplace where people are involved, engaged, and connected.
