Your new challenge

We need a Service Manager with high collaboration skills. With your broad knowledge and skills within the MS Dynamics modules (Finance, SCM and CRM) and with the emphasis on the D365 solution you will add value to the customers by securing that we do things in a broad Scania perspective by guiding, steering and actively be a part in different initiatives. You will also have the overall support responsibility for the AX solutions and the coordination with the Managed Service provider.

The main tasks in this strategic role are:

  • Responsible for market communication and coordination for all support and maintenance related.
  • Handling of escalations and action plans
  • Secure a well-functioning support flow for established and upcoming markets and products
  • ISV management including responsible for forums and communication
  • Follow up and act on statistics/trends.

In this role you will also contribute to:

  • Increase service to the market by participating in improvement activities
  • Develop support process (automation, pro-activeness)
  • Improve ISV management and license management
  • Collaboration between Dynamics and SAP (synergies)

Your profile

Our expectation is to meet a person with passion, curiosity and determination with high level of empathy and a business oriented mindset. You have proven experience from Service management, and know-how of the importance of working together in high performance teams. Your stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle multiple business relations as well as coordinating several IT service delivery organizations to support your business. You’ll be developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English. To be successful in this role you will enjoy working in a global evolving, strongly dynamic environment.

Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results are as critical as strong relationship skills to continue the work with business and IT as one. High skills and experience in D365 (and AX2009 and AX2012) are a pre-requisite to taking on this role. It is also a plus if you have experience working with ISV’s.
