What you will do
You have focus on meeting customer requirements and needs, delivering results and meeting customer expectations. You are familiar with agile way of working and like working in a cross functional environment.
You have the self-confidence and knowledge required to formulate opinions, information and arguments so that everyone understands. You have an interest and understanding for other people and you create both team spirit and trust in the team.
You are used to not only participate in projects but also drive projects. You establish well-defined, measurable goals and set time frames. Plan activities and deliveries well in advance and with good margins for unforeseen events. Identify and organize the resources required for various tasks.
