As CFO of a growth and mission-driven company, you will play a central role in shaping its direction, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to align financial strategy with broader business development objectives. This hands-on role balances financial oversight with strategic decision-making, ensuring sustainable, data-driven growth. The CFO will navigate the complexities of scaling an international subscription-based consumer tech business while fostering innovation and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Provide insights to drive investment decisions, profitability, and expansion, fostering a data-driven and collaborative financial culture
• Financial Operations & Performance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Improve process efficiency, ensure financial controls, and manage risk
• Scaling & International Growth: Establish financial structures to support international expansion. Optimize revenue streams, pricing strategies, and unit economics. Oversee financial due diligence in M&A activities
• Capital Strategy & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation efforts. Drive financial modeling, scenario planning, and prepare presentations for investors and boards

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic financial leader with:

• Proven Financial Leadership – Experience in financial management, forecasting, accounting principles, and business analysis
• Growth & Scaling Experience – Background in high-growth SaaS, B2C, or subscription-based businesses and the ability and willingness to learn and unlearn to adapt to the fast-changing technology landscape
• Data-Driven Decision-Making – Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights that drive impact
• Business Acumen – Understanding of consumer tech dynamics and monetization models
• Effective Leadership & Communication – Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration across teams
• Investor & Capital Markets Expertise – Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and some M&A
• An entrepreneurial mindset – The personal skills to navigate in a scale-up environment
• Health and wellness – An interest in the impact of health and wellness
