Your Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will align IT strategy with business goals, document the current IT landscape, and envision its future state. You will assess the application portfolio, perform rationalization, and suggest modernization strategies. Additionally, you will identify possible ERP and Cloud transformations, create reference architectures, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Support stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
- Deliver roadmaps for enterprise changes.
- Align IT investments with business strategy and vision.
- Define clear project objectives and boundaries in line with organizational strategy.
- Establish enterprise policies, standards, and governance processes.
- Build relationships between applications, IT components, capabilities, processes, and platforms.
- Facilitate data collection of group application landscape across different business areas.
- Manage surveys and interviews to collect application information from stakeholders.
- Maintain application diagrams and reports, showing technology links and risks.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in EA best practices.
Competences
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can communicate ideas and recommendations effectively.
- You are a team player who unites members and stakeholders, with diplomatic and interactive skills.
- You hold a master's degree in IT, Business Economics, or have equivalent experience.
- You plan methodically and deliver on promises, showing resilience in a fast-changing digital landscape.
- You embrace innovation and promote digital transformation with a positive, flexible mindset.
- You are open-minded, globally aware, and curious to learn new perspectives.
- You understand Application Portfolio Management best practices and basic Enterprise Architecture concepts.
- You possess strong analytical skills and stay updated on technology trends and IT-business challenges.
- You are familiar with business planning, governance, risk management, and leadership.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can work well with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of LeanIX as a tool for data-driven decision-making is a plus.
- You have strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- You can present complex technical information in understandable business language.
- You communicate effectively in English and are willing to make short trips abroad.
