Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Solution Manager to join our innovative team. This role blends technical prowess with sales acumen, focusing on designing solutions for our diverse sales portfolio. If you have a passion for technology, a background in engineering, and a drive to work on real-world, impactful projects within and beyond the rail industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Assist in architecting, describing, estimating and selling solutions in the areas:

  • Communication Based Train Control (CBTC)
  • SCADA systems
  • Network Solutions
  • Software solutions
  • Railway Power Systems

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions.

Risk Management: Help identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with proposed solutions.

Innovation: Support continuous improvement and innovation within our sales processes and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Some experience in solution management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of system and software architecture and network architecture.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • An interest in rail systems and technologies is advantageous.
