The opportunity
Polestar in Sweden has an exciting temporary position in the Sales team until the end of the year 2024. This is an opportunity to be a part of the Polestar journey and aid us in effectively and proactively managing our sales funnel while offering unparalleled customer experience. The role will be based in Gothenburg and report to the Customer Engagement Center Manager of Polestar Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities
As Inside Sales, you will contribute to the success of Polestar by offering B2C and B2B the best possible customer sales experience. You will act in direct sales operations with the main responsibility to directly contact Polestar leads and prospects to support digital sales, as well as assist with the delivery of the Polestar experience to both Retail and Fleet customers through in- & outbound channels. You will also proactively drive actions to improve our lead conversion and customer retention.
