Job Summary
Are you our next engaged Test Factory Manager at Systems Engineering & Quality?
Within the Systems Engineering and Quality Organization belonging to Development & Engineering business Unit, we are now looking for a candidate who will take the role of Test Factory Manager.
In this role you will lead a team of Test Engineers and your mission is to secure them the right competences to lead and drive test capabilities in & outside agile teams and projects through working with test planning, execution and analysis.
Safety is in heart of what we do – you will drive the safety work (OHS) in some of our test halls on Råbyholm Site. As a line manager within Test Factory you act as the leader for the Test Engineers but also as a change driver in the organization, for improving how Test Factory fits into D&T and the agile way of working.
In the test halls we perform everything from small scale rig tests to full system testing with product, with and without direct customer interaction. Virtual testing is embedded in how we work.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
As Manager in Test Factory you will work with:

To be successful in this position your main passion is to lead and develop people.
You thrive where it’s a mix of operative tasks on “the floor” and strategies/vision. You have coaching skills, a creative mind, and the ability to manage complex decision making. You are confident in your technical expertise and enjoy teamwork and networking.
You can adapt your communication skills to the context and easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders. You can see the integrated picture without compromising with important details. You could be an experienced leader but also an individual contributor looking for your first people leader role. Your preferred educational background is Engineering.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken
