Job Description

H&M Studios create fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, such as model images, product images and video assets. Our mission is to elevate the full assortment, enabling H&M to become a credible fashion brand.  As a Group Manager Planning & Production you will be responsible for leading the team of Production Managers and Producers supporting all Customer Groups, as well as the overall production planning of H&M Studios. 

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and developing the team of Production managers and Producers; securing the right skillset and developing your team’s competences and execution. 
• Responsible for orchestrating and prioritizing the overall production plan of H&M Studios, in tight collaboration with your team and Studio Managers  
• Responsible for developing your team’s way of working, securing better processes and tech solutions to ensure speed, simplicity and flexibility.  
• Identify and drive actions to improve business and creative outcome.   
• Responsible for acting on feedback and input regarding your team’s performance and output from key stakeholders as Studio Managers, Creative Manager, Controlling Manager and other Group Managers 
• Take an active role and responsibility for the budget execution according to goals and focus areas.   

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe you have:  

• Formal leadership experience from a high paced environment, working with a broad range of stakeholders. 
• Exceptionally structured with great arranging capabilities.     
• Ability to balance different needs, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.    
• Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management, getting people on board.    
• Experience in driving and setting tech development needs and prioritization is preferred. 
• Experience within operations or project management from Controlling, Planning or Merchandising or equivalent is beneficial.
