Service Manager Cloud & Server to Gunnebo!

About the role:

As Service Manager Cloud & Server you will be responsible for the cloud and server operations at Gunnebo. The role involves overseeing and managing the IT partner responsible for the technical operations of Server and Cloud services. This includes ensuring the partner delivers services in accordance with agreed-upon service levels and quality standards, as well as providing effective and efficient support. You will also make sure that business requirements are translated into clear and actionable objectives at Gunnebo.

You will:

• Collaborate with the local IT organization and provide direction and support to ensure they are aligned with Gunnebo's goals and objectives to ensure successful transformations
• Oversee IT technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics within the designated area to ensure IT delivers value to the group
• Continuously review service performance and capacity to optimize operating costs, productivity, and upgrading needs

About you

We believe that you have a strong orientation as a “service provider” and “business partner" that can collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. 

You have:

• Solid experience and knowledge within IT infrastructure
• Extensive experience in server operations in a Microsoft Windows Server environment
• Experience with Microsoft Azure 
• Experience in vendor management
